Beaulieu Park, Chelmsford – QPS were awarded Zone F which consisted of 74 houses & 66 flats, following the success on Zone F QPS were then awarded Zone I which consisted of 87 houses & 27 flats.
QPS have now been awarded a further phase, Zone O & P which consists of 91 houses & 2 flats.
