Project: The Dumont
Location: Vauxhall
The Dumont is a collection of 180 studio, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments over 30 storey’s located on Albert Embankment.
Decoration including communal areas with both painted and vinyl wallpapering to be applied as well as feature coffer ceilings to the entrance areas.
QPS also carried out various other tasks such as decoration to car park, residential facilities which include a cinema room, bowling alley, billiards room.
A building programme of a minimum 8 units a week or to suit enhanced programme throughout the duration of the project, which is managed by a full-time non-working QPS supervisor.
