A total of 150 properties will be sold, with a further 100 being provided as affordable housing for low-cost rent or shared ownership through a housing association. QPS have been awarded the first phases which will consist of 100 houses & 40 apartments.
Pippins Place will provide homes for the private market consisting of three, four and five-bedroom houses while the affordable homes will feature a mix of one to four-bedroom properties.
