Beam Park – Building a Thriving Community in Havering 

Since 2019, Beam Park has been transforming the landscape of the London Borough of Havering, delivering a vibrant new community with more than just homes. Phases 1 and 2 have already provided over 1,000 new homes, alongside essential community infrastructure including a medical centre, nursery, multi-faith centre, and a primary school. 

Welcoming its first residents in 2020, Beam Park has become home to families and individuals enjoying high-quality, well-designed living spaces in a connected and growing neighbourhood. 

Now building on the success of earlier phases, Phase C is underway and will introduce: 

• 559 new homes across five modern residential blocks 

• 50% affordable housing, helping to meet local demand 

• 25% family housing, supporting growing households
