As part of a transformative regeneration programme, the Vistry Group is redeveloping the Calverley Close and Pike Close estates to deliver modern, high-quality homes. The project is designed to enhance the community while ensuring existing residents are supported throughout the transition.
All current social tenants will be offered new homes on the rebuilt estate, with their rent levels and tenancy terms fully protected. This guarantees continuity and long-term security for residents.
The programme is entering an exciting new phase, with the first 20 homes on track for completion in spring 2025.
