Evelyn House marks the first step in the long-awaited regeneration of Charlton Riverside in Greenwich. Delivered in partnership with Optivo, this Art Deco-inspired development comprises 67 light and spacious homes—100% affordable—set within a striking four to seven-storey building. 

Designed with the community in mind, Evelyn House also introduces flexible commercial spaces and significant public realm improvements, creating a vibrant and inclusive hub for future residents and visitors alike. 

The architecture draws inspiration from local heritage, notably the iconic Siemens Factory, reflected in the building’s brickwork, rhythmic window arrangements, and tiered elevations. 

A decade after the original Supplementary Planning Document was drafted, Evelyn House proudly becomes the pioneer project to bring the Charlton Riverside vision to life.
