Estate Regeneration at Calverley Close and Pike Close 

As part of a transformative regeneration programme, Vistry Group is redeveloping the Calverley Close and Pike Close estates to deliver modern, high-quality homes. Every current social tenant will be offered a new home on the rebuilt estate, with rent levels and tenancy terms fully protected, ensuring continuity and long-term security. 

At Pike Close in Bromley, the redevelopment will bring 170 new homes, designed to better meet the needs of current and future residents. The first block, consisting of 29 units, has now been successfully completed—marking a major milestone in the regeneration journey.
